  • Student Account: Track the learning history of individual students.

The query results include:

  • Answer content (actual written responses or options)
  • Test attempts (whether it is a repeated test)
  • Grading method (system automatic or manual grading by teacher)

  • Submission time
  • Pass status (whether the passing standard is met)

Grading Function Operation Process Description

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Interface

After logging into the platform, enter the "Admin Area" as staff and click the "Grading" module.

Step 2: Set Query Conditions

Select query conditions such as class, paper name, account, or grading period, and click the "Query" button.

Step 3: View Answer Details

Click on any record in the query results to view the complete answering and grading record.

Provides a complete date selector and quick buttons such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, All, making it easy for staff to filter test records for a specific period. It also allows filtering by Class, Paper Status, Status, and Student.

Score List

Lists each completed test record in table form.

The paper name of this test.

Name

The student's name.

Account

The number of times this student has taken the paper.

Scoring Method

Displays the calculation method for this score.

Score / Total Score

Displays the "score" the student received and the "full score" for the paper.

Submission Time

The date and time the student submitted the paper.

Pass

Displays whether the test was passed with an icon. Green check means "Passed", Red cross means "Not Passed".

Provides all answer records and the final evaluation results for a single student on a specific paper, allowing staff to analyze the learning situation in depth.

Final Grade Evaluation

This section summarizes the student's performance on this paper.

Timing (Minutes)

Shows the answer time for this paper, with the minimum unit being minutes.

Number of Questions

Shows the total number of questions for this paper.

Allowed Attempts

Shows the maximum number of times this paper can be tested.

Total Score

Shows the total score for this paper.

Scoring Method

Displays the grading method adopted for this evaluation.

Passing Score

Displays the passing score for this paper.

Test Attempts

Shows the total number of times the student has answered.

Current Score

Shows the current score of the student.

Grade Judgment

If the platform determines passing, a blue PASS label will be displayed; if not passed, a red Fail label will be displayed.

Test Records

This section details every answering history in a list format.

The sequence number of this answer.

Test Time

The start time of this answer.

Submission Time

The submission time of this answer.

Number of Correct Answers

The number of questions answered correctly in this attempt.
