This is the backend interface for staff to create, combine, and manage online quizzes or exams.
Provides multiple filter conditions, allowing staff to quickly find specific test papers by "class category", "test paper title" or "status".
Magnifier icon button, used to execute search.
Click this button to create a brand new blank test paper.
After selecting "one" test paper in the list, click this button to enter edit mode and modify its questions, scoring or settings.
Publish the selected test paper. After setting, students can see and take the test during the specified period.
Take the selected test paper offline. Students will not be able to see or participate in this test, but the data will be retained in the backend.
Permanently delete the selected test paper.
Lists each established test paper in detail in tabular form.

After completing the question settings, please check all question contents, and after confirming they are correct, click the "Approve" button. Note: Once the test paper is approved, all related questions and data cannot be modified, and students can start taking the test.

When staff create or edit a test paper, they will enter this "Questions" tab to manage question creation and scoring in detail.
Before publishing, there will be a button at the top of the interface for the final confirmation action before publishing.
Note: After clicking this button, students can start practicing the test paper, and the questions of this test paper cannot be changed anymore!
Import file (XLS format) OR CSV, you can directly import pre-edited question files.
Clicking this button will open the file explorer, allowing administrators to select a pre-edited question file.
A sample file download link is provided for administrators to prepare questions in the correct column format to ensure successful import.

The platform provides another fast way to add questions, allowing staff to set a question type and batch generate the specified number of blank question editing blocks.

Filter by specific conditions (such as date, class, test paper title, student account, etc.) to view details of students' test answers. The filter results will display the following information:

"Hide": Take the test paper offline. Students cannot see or participate, but the data is retained in the backend.
"Delete": Permanently delete the selected test paper.
A: When adding a new test paper, staff need to set the following basic rules and attributes:
Title: Name of the test paper, limited to 30 Chinese characters.
Class: The class or main course category the test paper belongs to.
Timer (minutes): Set answer time limit; leave blank for unlimited time.
Number of Attempts: Limit how many times students can retake the test paper, options from 1 to 10 times.
Scoring Method: When multiple attempts are allowed, set the calculation method for the final grade, options are highest score, average score, first attempt, or last attempt.
Passing Score: Set the passing standard, default is 80% of total score.
A: The "Publishing Period" provides a date and time range picker for staff to set the valid period for students to access and answer the test paper. "Status" is used to set whether the test paper is published.

A: Staff can add questions to a test paper through the following three main methods:
Method 1: File Import: Directly import pre-edited question files in XLS or CSV format. The system provides sample files for download.
Method 2: Question Bank Selection: Staff can filter and import needed questions from the central question bank using county/city, year, semester, type, grade, exam category, subject, and keyword.
Method 3: Manually Add Questions: The platform provides a quick way to add questions. Staff can select question type (true/false, single choice, multiple choice), set points per question, specify the number of questions to add, and batch generate blank question editing blocks.
